Sparring

Sparring Classes meet to build confidence, stamina and trust between students. These classes including wearing protection gear to practice tournament style sparring. We require getting your student sparring gear before they've reached Green Belt. 

We have a limited variety of gear in house at students for loan. If you need to borrow gear for the class please make sure you arrive early to be sized. These supplies are 'FCFS' - First Come, First Served. Mouth Guards are a MUST for every student - Males MUST wear groin protection.
